Role Overview
The General Manager, Outlet Manager, or Shift Supervisor will oversee daily outlet operations, service quality, and the customer and team environment.
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining onsite shifts with some remote reporting, scheduling, and administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, manage shift schedules, and support training and onboarding.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, handle cash, and complete basic financial reconciliations.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback while maintaining service quality.
- Implement operational standards and support outlet-level marketing or promotional activities.
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with senior leadership on sales and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in outlet management, shift supervision, or retail or restaurant operations is required.
- Strong leadership, people management, customer service, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Basic financial and administrative skills, including cash handling, reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting, are required.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and standard office software is required.
- Evening or weekend shift flexibility may be needed.
