Support sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, new outlet openings, projects, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, responsibility, and accountability skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays where required.
Strong English communication skills; Arabic and additional languages are advantageous.

General Manager candidates typically need 8+ years of relevant operational experience and significant management responsibility.
General Manager experience managing teams, budgets, sales, and operational performance is expected; multi-outlet and UAE/GCC experience are advantageous.
Outlet Manager candidates typically need 3+ years of outlet, store, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations experience.
