About the Role
Narkk is seeking a General Manager to run its furniture manufacturing factory in Chennai with full autonomy. You will own client acquisition, production supervision, procurement, and delivery.

- Weekly revenue and pipeline reporting
- All financial transactions logged and visible in real time

Role Overview
- General Manager to run a furniture manufacturing factory in Chennai independently.
- Factory is 5,000 sqft, fully equipped with panel saw, edge bander, CNC drilling, cold press, upholstery setup.
- Focus on building the DTC furniture brand narkk while GM takes full ownership of factory operations.
What You Will Own
- Client acquisition finding, pitching, and closing new projects independently.
- End to end project management from client brief to final delivery.
- Daily factory floor supervision production timelines, quality control, output.
- Material procurement and vendor management.
- Labour management attendance, performance, piece rate coordination.
- Payment follow up and collections.
- Weekly revenue and pipeline reporting.

What You Need to Bring
- 5+ years in Chennai's furniture or interiors manufacturing industry.

What You Will Earn
- ₹30,000 base salary + 12% commission on all revenue generated, no cap.
- At ₹3L/month factory revenue: take home ₹66,000.
- At ₹5L/month: take home ₹90,000.
- At ₹10L/month: take home ₹1,50,000.
