- Develop and execute business plans, manage budgets and financial performance, and drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor cross functional teams, set clear performance objectives, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership and key clients to support business development and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, optimize internal processes, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross functional teams
- Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and performance management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local business practices and regulations preferred
- Strong organizational and decision making skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
