Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and standardise SOPs across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies
- Drive financial discipline, cost control, and coordination with the finance team
- Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material planning
- Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce utilisation
- Ensure effective maintenance, allocation, and utilisation of machinery and equipment
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Promote accountability, compliance, and operational discipline across departments
- Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions where required
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness across all functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in operations management or senior leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing cross functional teams and large scale operations
- Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations
- Expertise in SOP development, process optimization, and operational excellence
- Experience within Construction, MEP, or Industrial sectors

- Our client is seeking a General Manager – Operations & SOP to lead and streamline business operations by developing and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Administration.
The Role
