Role Overview
Lead daily business operations and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Translate business objectives into operational strategies that support efficient processes, team performance, and sustainable growth.
Operational Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and business continuity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
- Establish and track KPIs, budgets, targets, and operational plans.
People and Resources
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage operational resources, workflows, costs, and schedules.
- Identify operational risks and develop appropriate solutions and contingency plans.
Reporting and Improvement
- Review processes and introduce systems, tools, and best practices to improve scalability and performance.
- Prepare management reports, operational updates, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensure service and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with business management and operational systems.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, performance management, and resource planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
