- Strengthen relationships with key corporate accounts, government entities, and travel partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a branded hotel environment
- Mandatory Middle East experience, with strong understanding of regional market dynamics
- Proven track record in delivering financial results and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Marriott systems and brand standards is highly preferred

- Operations Management: Oversee all departments including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance; Ensure exceptional guest service delivery and consistently high guest satisfaction scores; Maintain compliance with local regulations, health & safety requirements.
- Financial Performance: Develop and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; Drive revenue growth, GOP improvement, and cost management initiatives; Analyze market trends and competitor performance to maximize profitability.
- Sales & Market Positioning: Lead commercial strategy in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams; Strengthen relationships with key corporate accounts, government entities, and travel partners; Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.
- People & Culture: Build, mentor, and retain a high performing leadership team; Promote talent development, succession planning, and Marriott culture; Ensure employee engagement and a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a General Manager in a branded hotel environment
