Role Description

  • We are seeking a General Manager, Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement.
  • In this role, you will oversee marketing initiatives across multiple channels, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure that marketing activities align with organizational objectives and long term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic marketing plans, managing brand positioning, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and market presence.
  • Evaluating market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to support informed decision making and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Leading cross functional collaboration with sales, product, communications, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Establishing performance metrics, monitoring key marketing indicators, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in marketing processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing, brand management, customer engagement, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, digital marketing, product positioning, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, evaluate campaign performance, and develop data driven strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across cross functional teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies and business recommendations effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor marketing performance.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities with a strategic business mindset.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high quality marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and support business growth strategies.
