- Experience in managing financial performance, revenue growth, and capital expenditure
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction and employee development

Role Overview
- The Cluster General Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the hotels under his/her control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the Operations, Service, Logistics, Financial performance, Sales and Marketing, and Revenue Management activities.
- Provide sound commercial and service leadership to ensure coordinated effort between teams.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional levels of personalised service at all times.
Performance Objectives
- Customer Related: Level of guest satisfaction as measured by on line Customer Survey ranking STR Objective.
- People Related: Ensure employee development, training, succession planning, Plus One for each key position, Local Employee Empowerment targets, Employee Turnover within tolerance.
- Process Related: Achievement of quality improvements, adherence to hotel policy and procedure, Project Completion Rate.
- Finance Related: EBITDA objective, Revenue Growth Objective, Organic Business Growth Objective, Capital Expenditure to Budget.
