• International Accounting, Taxation & Transfer Pricing

  • Lead global accounting operations, including entity-level reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory consolidation under IFRS and UAE laws.
  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations across jurisdictions, including UAE, India, and the U.S.
  • Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation, contracts, and strategies in alignment with OECD guidelines.
  • Liaise with external advisors and legal teams to ensure robust tax planning and audit readiness.
  • Monitor global tax law changes and assess their impact on business operations and profitability.

• Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking

  • Oversee global cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and liquidity planning.
  • Collaborate with treasury teams to manage FX risk, hedging strategies, and optimize cash deployment.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Drive strategies to improve working capital efficiency across receivables, inventory, and payables.

• Statutory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure timely filing of statutory financials and tax returns across all operating geographies.
  • Liaise with local authorities and auditors to resolve compliance queries and ensure audit closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local accounting standards and implement tax optimization strategies.
  • Develop and enforce global finance governance calendars, internal controls, and SOP adherence.

• Corporate Policy & Contract Validation

  • Update corporate policies including Delegation of Authority, travel, and contract signing protocols.
  • Validate business contracts with vendors, customers, and banks to safeguard company interests.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on policy compliance and documentation standards.

• Controlling, Provisioning & Month-End Close

  • Lead month-end close processes across regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports with regional controllers.
  • Manage provisioning and latest estimates (LE), including balance-to-go and forecast accuracy.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost control measures across functions.

• Global FP&A & Business Partnering

  • Deliver monthly/quarterly business scorecards with actionable insights in both local and reporting currencies- In dashboards as agreed.
  • Analyze P&L variances vs. plan, LE, and prior year by market, product, and customer.
  • Restructure and upgrade MIS systems for entity, SKU, and BU profitability aligned with financials.
  • Establish rolling forecasts for P&L and cash flow with >95% accuracy.
  • Partner with HODs to review overheads and ensure budget discipline.

• Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting and LE processes across revenue, P&L, CAPEX, and cash flow.
  • Consolidate budgets and present to CFO, Business Finance Head, and President.
  • Support long-range planning (LRP) and scenario modelling with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure budgeting rules and SOPs are followed across geographies.

• Finance Transformation & Automation

  • Benchmark financial metrics and define glide paths to best-in-class performance.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives across functions and geographies.
  • Drive automation through ERP enhancements, dashboarding, and data analytics.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews to identify pricing, mix, and COGS optimization opportunities.

• New Business Evaluation & Strategic Finance

  • Partner with BD and Strategy teams to evaluate new products, markets, and M&A opportunities.
  • Conduct NPV, sensitivity analysis, and financial modelling for new initiatives.
  • Assess commercial terms, distribution alliances, and project profitability.
  • Lead finance due diligence and post-merger integration activities.

• Talent Development & Team Leadership

  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure regular coaching, on-the-job training, and capability building.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement
