Role responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations and ensure strong operational performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability.
- Set business targets, KPIs, budgets, and performance priorities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, costs, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, quality, and operational standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to guide business decisions.
- Report performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive management experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in business operations, commercial growth, or general management.
- Strong financial and commercial understanding.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and large or cross-functional teams.
- UAE or GCC market experience is highly advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
