Role Overview
The General Manager leads launch readiness and operational execution for new retail and F&B concepts across a growing portfolio.
The role translates design and project milestones into operational readiness across systems, supply chain, recruitment, training, SOPs, vendors, marketing, and opening execution.
Leadership and People
- Lead diverse teams across management, front office, finance, back office, and administration.
- Develop management capability and succession planning.
- Implement operating standards, policies, and procedures.
- Handle coaching, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and performance appraisals.
Commercial Management
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, controls, P&L performance, sales, expenses, and purchase approvals.
- Develop beverage programs and maintain brand and partner relationships.
- Coordinate menu selection, pricing strategy, brand performance reviews, and market positioning.
