- Oversee overall operations and performance of the company

- Build, manage, and expand the team; recruit, train, and mentor employees

- Improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards
- Drive revenue growth and business expansion
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in Dubai
- Previous experience in Business Setup Consultancy, PRO Services, Corporate Services, Free Zone, or related industry highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of business growth and operational management
- Excellent communication and decision making abilities
- Deep understanding of the UAE business setup market
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
