We are looking for a
General Manager And Business Head
to lead a well-established Shipping Agency in
Qatar
, with full ownership of business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
- multiple business units
- within the shipping agency
- Drive
- full P&L ownership
- – revenue, cost, and profitability
- Oversee
- operations & commercial functions
- across:
- Liner Shipping
- Dry Containers
- Tankers
- RORO Operations
- Vessel Operations
- Develop and execute
- growth strategies
- across regional & international markets
- Build and lead high-performing teams
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leader with
- extensive experience in shipping / maritime industry
- Strong exposure to
- multi-vertical shipping operations
- Proven ability to manage
- independent business units
- Expertise in
- both operations and commercial functions
- Experience handling
- large-scale P&L responsibilities
- European nationality preferred
