, with full ownership of business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
  • multiple business units
  • within the shipping agency
  • Drive
  • full P&L ownership
  • – revenue, cost, and profitability
  • Oversee
  • operations & commercial functions
  • across:
  • Liner Shipping
  • Dry Containers
  • Tankers
  • RORO Operations
  • Vessel Operations
  • Develop and execute
  • growth strategies
  • across regional & international markets
  • Build and lead high-performing teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior leader with
  • extensive experience in shipping / maritime industry
  • Strong exposure to
  • multi-vertical shipping operations
  • Proven ability to manage
  • independent business units
  • Expertise in
  • both operations and commercial functions
  • Experience handling
  • large-scale P&L responsibilities
  • European nationality preferred
