We are looking for an exceptional

General Manager

to lead

Hakkasan Doha

, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan, Yauatcha, and Ling Ling brands.

The Role

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven and people focused hospitality leader to take ownership of a globally recognised luxury dining destination.

You will lead all aspects of the operation, driving exceptional guest experience, strong financial performance, and a high performing team culture in line with the Hakkasan Group standards.

This role is suited to a dynamic leader who thrives within fast-paced, high volume luxury hospitality environments and has a passion for delivering elevated dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full restaurant operation with accountability for guest experience, financial performance, team culture, and operational excellence
  • Champion exceptional hospitality standards, ensuring every guest interaction feels personalised, seamless, and memorable
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing management and restaurant team through strong leadership and continuous development
  • Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, labour management, cost control, and revenue optimisation
  • Maintain exceptional standards across service, atmosphere, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational execution
  • Partner with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, brand activations, events, and business development opportunities
  • Ensure full compliance across health & safety, licensing, labour regulations, and company policies

What We'Re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a General Manager position within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • Previous experience within the Middle East hospitality market preferred
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen with experience managing high-volume restaurants and complex service operations
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering elevated guest experiences
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
  • Naturally hands-on, solutions focused, and highly organised
  • Experience with luxury lifestyle, fine dining, or internationally recognised hospitality brands is highly desirable
