About the Role
Assystem is seeking a General Manager-Business Development to identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors, prepare strategic BD plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors
- Prepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goals
- Track upcoming tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals like GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB, etc.
- Develop sector specific growth strategies (roads, railways, urban infra, water)
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, PSUs, private developers)
- Engage with clients for pre bid meetings and presentations
- Develop long term partnerships and alliances
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectors
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field
- More than 15 years of experience

Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors

Qualifications
