The mandate
Lanart Rug is building an AI-native consumer brand and e-commerce engine within an established Canadian manufacturing business.
The General Manager will own brand creation, online revenue, product development, influencer and creator programs, and the analytical system behind those decisions.
The role requires founder-like thinking, owner-level execution, high ownership, and comfort making decisions from imperfect data.
Compensation
- CAD 150,000-CAD 250,000 annual base salary plus a formula-based share of incremental net sales and eligible brand profit.
- Final participation percentages, baseline, and measurement rules will be documented in writing.
Work arrangement
- Full-time permanent role performed in person at either the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu or Montréal office.
- Limited hybrid flexibility may be available by agreement, with regular collaboration at the other office when required.
