Role Description
The General Manager is a part-time, remote role at YFDP-Pakistan.
The role oversees operations, programs, strategic initiatives, and organizational performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate research projects, training programs, and advocacy efforts.
- Align organizational activities with the mission and goals.
- Manage budgets, monitor program performance, and prepare reports.
- Support fundraising and partnership development.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Maintain efficient organizational communication.
- Develop and implement long-term plans with leadership.
- Strengthen organizational impact and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit or social impact management, including program coordination, operations oversight, and strategic planning.
- Background in agriculture, rural development, education, or a related field.
- Understanding of youth-focused initiatives and community engagement.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including budgeting, documentation, reporting, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and presentation abilities.
