- Carry out repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general civil works.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, fittings, and equipment as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Record maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major repair works.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
