Standard Job Description
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment, supporting office, manufacturing, and laboratory environments. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing on plant facilities using hand and power tools. Monitors and services HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, exhaust/makeup air systems, RTUs, controls) to maintain temperature, humidity, and airflow requirements critical to office comfort, manufacturing operations, and lab environments. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary. Based in Chelmsford, MA.
This position will be supporting Second Shift.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of hands-on facility maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of trade school/certification and experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and general mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work on-site full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Desired Skills
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance experience.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
