About the Role

- Carry out general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist Team Leader in routine maintenance and repair activities
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or irregularities
- Support site preparation, basic cleaning, and waste disposal tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as instructed
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader
Requirements
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and extended hours based on operational needs
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks on time
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a multicultural team
- Previous experience in general labour, facility support, or similar roles is an advantage
- Must hold a valid UAE visa or be eligible for company sponsorship
