Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive wage: $22.07 to $22.62/hour
- Day shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 3-day weekends every week
Your role
- As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:
- Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
- Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
- Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
- Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment
- Assist machine operators with daily tasks
- Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment
