What You Will Do
- Operate production equipment and machinery as trained and authorized.
- Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and established production processes.
- Inspect work and materials for basic quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Work as part of a team to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
- Learn new equipment, processes, and job responsibilities as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
