Today, everything we send to space is constrained by what fits inside a rocket fairing. That's a fundamental bottleneck if we want to build real infrastructure in orbit. Rendezvous Robotics is solving this problem with electromagnetic self-assembling tiles that enable spacecraft and structures to autonomously dock, reconfigure, and scale in space. We're building the foundation for structures that can grow far beyond what any single launch can carry.

We're a small team based in Golden, Colorado, moving fast toward our first demonstrations. Our work spans hardware, software, and systems engineering, and we're always looking for people who want to build things that matter.

Spacecraft systems, structures, mechanisms, or thermal design

Avionics, power systems, or PCB design

Flight software, embedded systems, or real-time controls

GNC, autonomy, or robotics

Manufacturing, integration, and test

Operations, program management, or business development
