Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Helper to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for assisting skilled workers in completing various tasks, organizing tools and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and handling materials as needed.
You will support the efficient operation of daily tasks and contribute to the smooth completion of metal fabrication projects by following instructions and adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with material handling, basic tool operations, and equipment setup
- Working knowledge of general metal fabrication processes and safe workplace practices
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials or tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of workplace safety, with a commitment to following guidelines and promoting a safe environment
- Flexibility to perform a variety of manual tasks and work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or construction is an asset but not essential
