About the Role
Maico Gulf LLC is hiring a General Helper to assist machine operators with production activities, material handling, and basic maintenance. The role involves loading/unloading materials, sorting, packing, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with production activities and machine setup.
- Load and unload raw materials, sheet metal, and finished products.
- Transport materials, tools, and components within the production area.
- Assist in machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities.
- Support die, tooling, and fixture preparation as instructed.
- Perform sorting, packing, labelling, and stacking of finished products.
- Help with rough assembly and product handling tasks.
- Conduct visual inspections of materials and products for defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and storage areas.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in inventory counting and material verification when required.
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials safely
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and workshop safety practices
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
