- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage manpower, equipment, tools, and material utilization
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to supervisors and workers
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Ensure productivity targets and project objectives are achieved
- Conduct inspections and support workforce training and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Construction company experience: 5 years (Preferred)
