- Supervise tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, kerbstone, grouting, and silicone works
- Check levels, slopes, alignment, setting out, joints, edges, and finishing quality
- Coordinate with MEP
- Monitor material delivery, site progress, manpower, and daily work status
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and proper work sequence
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Dubai experience
- Minimum 6 years total experience in construction/finishing supervision
- Villa finishing experience preferred
- Experience in tile, marble, plaster, paint, gypsum, screed, paving, and hardscape works
- Ability to read drawings and control site execution
- Basic English required
- Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Overview
- Dubai based construction company is looking for a hands on Site Supervisor / General Foreman to supervise villa finishing, landscape, and hardscape works.
- The candidate will manage daily site execution, control workers and subcontractors, follow approved drawings, report progress, and ensure works are completed with good quality and on schedule.
