Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation to support insurance claims
- Apply appropriate dental procedure coding according to approved coding standards
- Coordinate with insurance and revenue cycle teams regarding claims and approvals
- Assist in claim reviews, resubmissions, and documentation requirements
- Maintain compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
- Follow all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement and continuous education activities
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy
Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized university
- Fresh Graduate (0–1 year experience)
- Valid or eligible registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
- Valid BLS Certificate
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or equivalent Medical Coding Certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of dental coding, insurance claims, and healthcare reimbursement processes is preferred
