Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior management and the Board on legal risk, governance, and strategic initiatives
- Advise on legal aspects of digital assets, blockchain platforms, token structures, exchanges, custody, and Web3 products
- Manage corporate governance, entity structuring, and corporate secretarial matters across UAE, BVI, Cayman Islands, and the United States
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Lead regulatory strategy and ongoing compliance with financial and virtual asset regulations
- Advise on U.S. securities law matters, including US stock market public listing, fundraising, private placements, exemptions, disclosures, and cross border offerings
- Manage and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 8–12+ years of relevant experience (law firm and/or in house)
- Strong experience in digital assets, blockchain, fintech, or financial services environments
- Proven expertise in corporate law across UAE, BVI, Cayman, and U.S. jurisdictions
- Solid working knowledge of U.S. securities law
- Experience dealing directly with financial regulators and compliance frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment

- Lead regulatory strategy and ongoing compliance with financial and virtual asset regulations.

- Manage and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
