Rajveer Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified **General Counsel (Chief Legal Officer)** to join our leadership team.
This role is critical for providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the executive management and the board of directors on various business matters.
- Oversee the company's legal compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks by reviewing contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and external communications with legal authorities.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to advise on potential impacts on the business.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to bar.
- Proven experience as a General Counsel, in-house counsel, or legal advisor, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and provide practical legal solutions.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate: **45–110** **SAR/hr** based on experience and qualifications.
