Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain requests for medical consumables, uniforms, equipment, supplies and operational requirements
- Liaise with suppliers, site teams and internal departments to ensure timely availability of required items
- Maintain accurate stock, request and delivery trackers
- Support compliance documentation across operational sites
- Maintain training, credentialing, licence and certification trackers
- Support onboarding documentation for healthcare staff
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance records and competency documentation
- Prepare weekly operational updates, reports and dashboards
- Support audit readiness through proper filing, document control and record keeping

Role Overview
- We are hiring: General Coordinator / Admin Support – Supply Chain, Compliance & Training
- Alleanza Healthcare is looking for an experienced and highly organised General Coordinator / Admin Support professional to join our Abu Dhabi operations team.
- This is not a standard administrative role. The position will support the operational delivery of healthcare services across Abu Dhabi, including site medical services, oil & gas projects, construction sites, remote healthcare operations and other clinical service contracts.
- The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting supply chain coordination, compliance tracking, training records, credentialing follow up and general operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating supply chain requests for medical consumables, uniforms, equipment, supplies and operational requirements
- Liaising with suppliers, site teams and internal departments to ensure timely availability of required items
- Maintaining accurate stock, request and delivery trackers
- Supporting compliance documentation across operational sites
- Maintaining training, credentialing, licence and certification trackers
- Following up on mandatory documents, expiries and renewal requirements
- Supporting onboarding documentation for healthcare staff
- Coordinating training schedules, attendance records and competency documentation
- Preparing weekly operational updates, reports and dashboards
- Supporting audit readiness through proper filing, document control and record keeping
- Assisting the operations team with day to day coordination across Abu Dhabi projects

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical support services or medical site operations
- Experience with compliance, training, licensing, credentialing or supply chain coordination
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, trackers, reporting and document control
- Strong communication and follow up skills

- Ability to coordinate with clinical staff, suppliers, clients and internal departments
- A healthcare professional licence or previous healthcare licence would be preferred, such as nursing, paramedic, EMT, allied health or similar clinical background. Candidates with strong healthcare operations experience but without an active licence may also be considered.
