Role Overview
BaxterStorey is seeking a General Assistant to deliver hospitality services and exceptional guest experiences.
The role is part-time and based in Emersons Green.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest needs, questions, concerns, and requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support smooth operations and an inclusive, safe environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and location-specific catering guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Passion for food and/or customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive team environment.
- Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Previous similar or food service experience is a plus.
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work according to BaxterStorey core values.
Compensation
- Salary is £13.64 per hour.
