Company Overview
- Wealth Platform Solutions (WPS) are the appointed regional distribution service contractor for an International Life Insurer (ILI) based in Puerto Rico, the Offshore Life Insurance Subsidiary of a US Insurance Group founded in 1850.
- We are looking for General Agents and Agents to partner with us to distribute the protected, guaranteed and indexed Life, Savings and Lump Sum Annuity products of ILI to clients around the world.
Responsibilities
- Selling the entire range of products to an agreed annual target.
- Deliver a minimum of US$350,000 APE pa.
- Encouraged to build a team of agents under your agency although this is not mandatory.
- Using the online Agent/ Client Portal and CRM system, that is provided free of charge, you would manage your business end to end.
- Growing your business while receiving support and encouragement to do this from both ILI and WPS.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience of advising internationally minded clients on Life, Savings and Annuity products.
- Access to clients who have a need for Life Insurance, Savings and Annuity products as part of their financial plan.
- A positive can do attitude and a real drive to perform.
- The desire to work as a business partner and to build your business in a planned, collaborative and pragmatic way
- The ability to recruit and grow your network.
- Ethical, compliance minded and focused on delivering the right solutions and outcomes to clients and all other stakeholders.
What Can You Expect in Return
- These are not salaried roles.
- Earn a direct agency contract with ILI.
