Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day accounting transactions in ERP/accounting software
- Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor petty cash and expense claims
- Assist and perform inventory reconciliation with stores and warehouses
- Assist in monthly closing activities
- Assist in VAT return filing as per UAE regulations
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and store managers regarding financial matters
- Assist audits
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and UAE accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B, Café, Restaurant, or QSR industry
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Candidate must hold a valid UAE Dependent Visa or Own Visa with a valid work permit

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Part Time General Accountant to support the finance operations of our café business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), café, restaurant, or QSR industry and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day accounting transactions in ERP/accounting software.
- Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
