BBV Cargo Marine Surveys L.L.C is seeking an Accountant cum Admin Assistant to handle accounting duties including VAT and corporate tax compliance, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements
- Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on receivables
- Handle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and ensure compliance
- UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings
- Coordinate and support annual company audits
- Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, contacts, and correspondence
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Maintain company files, records, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing quotations, reports and official letters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and company audit procedures
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Educational certificates must be duly attested

Accounting Duties

Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to management

- Coordinate employee documentation, visa records, and HR related paperwork
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, banks, auditors, and government authorities as required
- Manage office supplies and support day to day office operations
Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and company audit procedures
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel

- Educational certificates and supporting documents must be duly attested and submitted at the time of application
