Internship Overview
Join BytePlus, ByteDance's enterprise technology business, in an immersive sales development internship.
Gain hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges.
Participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Sales Development Responsibilities
- Identify and organize high-quality sales leads using marketing events, industry reports, and social media.
- Conduct introductory conversations with potential business owners to qualify interest and explain BytePlus solutions.
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly targets for generated meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Grade sales leads and distribute them promptly to Sales Representatives.
- Attend training and coaching to learn selling methodologies and build knowledge of AI, SaaS, and regional market trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
- Have excellent verbal and written English skills and confidence delivering professional sales pitches and introductory calls.
- Be metrics-driven and goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.
