Join BytePlus as a Sales Development Representative Intern supporting business growth through AI-driven enterprise technology.
The internship provides hands-on experience, industry exposure, learning programs, development workshops, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges.
Responsibilities
- Identify and organize high-quality sales leads using marketing events, industry reports, and social media.
- Conduct introductory conversations with potential business owners to qualify interest and explain the value of BytePlus solutions.
- Support monthly and quarterly quotas for generated meetings and qualified opportunities.
- Grade sales leads and distribute them promptly to Sales Representatives.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to develop selling methods and knowledge of AI, SaaS, and regional market trends.
Minimum qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with confidence delivering professional sales pitches and conducting introductory calls.
- Metrics-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Curiosity about AI technology, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions.
- Exposure to B2B environments or sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator through coursework or prior projects.
- Experience or interest in high-growth international markets and cross-language business communication.

- The position is an internship based in Dubai and is intended for a 2027 start.
