Role Overview
The AI Engineer Intermediate Analyst designs and implements complex, scalable AI solutions with the AI Innovation team.
The role applies AI, software architecture, and business process knowledge to build and optimize high-performance AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready Generative AI and Agentic solutions.
- Select agent architectures and implement memory management, hallucination control, and performance measurement.
- Analyze complex business processes and problems to design scalable technology and analytic solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, efficient, and reliable data and technology pipelines.
- Implement reinforcement-learning feedback loops for AI agents.
- Own the technical design and implementation of AI features and services.
- Promote software development, MLOps, and Model Governance best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years developing production-ready Generative AI RAG or Agent-based solutions.
- Strong experience designing Agentic solutions, including architecture selection, memory management, hallucination control, and effectiveness measurement.
- Proven ability to analyze business problems and design scalable technology or analytic solutions.
