Gen AI - AI Architect

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the architecture for generative AI systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing innovative generative AI solutions.
• Implement and deploy generative AI systems into production.
• Monitor and manage production systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Develop best practices for building, deploying and managing generative AI systems.
• Stay current with generative AI research and apply new knowledge to the work.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists and product managers to deliver generative AI solutions.

Required qualifications

• A master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field is required.
• The role requires 5+ years of experience in machine learning and generative AI.
• The role requires 10+ years of experience in software development.

Preferred skills and experience

• Strong experience designing, building and deploying production-grade scalable machine learning models on Azure or GCP is preferred.
• Strong experience with generative AI techniques including RAG, Agentic AI and MCP is preferred.
• Prompt engineering, machine learning optimization and deep learning model experience are preferred.
• Experience with GANs, diffusion models and transformer models is preferred.
• Experience with computer vision, natural language processing and reinforcement learning is preferred.
• Distributed computing, scalable systems, DevOps and CI/CD experience are preferred.
• Generative AI experience in talent management, finance or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
