Responsibilities
- Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations through Sabre GDS and airline web portals
- Manage booking modifications, fare checks, and ticketing procedures accurately
- Assist customers and agents with flight bookings and travel related queries
- Coordinate with airlines regarding schedule changes, refunds, and ticketing support
- Monitor queues, booking time limits, and confirmations on daily basis
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and fare rules
- Maintain proper records of bookings, tickets, and transaction details
- Resolve ticketing and reservation issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide quick and accurate support to internal teams and clients
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently
Requirements
- Experience with Sabre GDS and airline web portals
- Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures including issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations
- Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently under pressure
