Key responsibilities
- Design and propose cloud solutions based on customer requirements using GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Analyze customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams on solution design, configuration, and architecture.
- Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and project scope.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations with customers.
- Deliver proofs of concept to validate proposed solutions and support successful sales closures.
- Act as the technical liaison between Sales and Delivery teams on solution design, implementation approach, timelines, and scope.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals covering architecture, deployment planning, effort estimation, and resource costing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support solution positioning and customer satisfaction.
Required experience
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.
- The role is positioned at mid level and requires 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
