GBS Process Improvement Technical Analyst (Power Platform)

Significant experience developing reporting, automation or digital solutions within a corporate or commercial environment.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Experience building dashboards, reports and data visualisations that enable effective decision-making.

Experience maintaining and supporting SharePoint sites, hubs and related content.

Understanding of operational data management and master data structures.

Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and implementing automated workflows.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work to agreed deadlines.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations across different audiences.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Experience working within governance and control frameworks.

Advanced skills in Power BI (including DAX), Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Excel.

Knowledge of SQL, SAP ERP/S4 HANA/BW, Microsoft BI technologies (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) or wider Microsoft 365 technologies would be advantageous.
