Duties
- Enforce health, security, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
- Assist people with special needs at the gates.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment by implementing HSSE procedures.
- Protect company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, and related risks.
- Report safety or security concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment.
- Follow security directions from HSSE management.
- Remain vigilant and present at the assigned security post.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and perform required response duties.
- Coordinate with safety and plant management on security matters.
- Manage unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain 5S practices in security guard houses through unannounced checks.
Role Requirements
- Full compliance with NAPCO security procedures, guidelines, and required security forms is expected.
- The role requires continuous vigilance at the assigned security post.
- The role requires immediate and appropriate responses to emergencies and security concerns.
