Maintain effective regional quality management system aligned with global, business, regulatory and customer requirements as well as identify gaps, governs changes and ensures consistent implementation
Establish governance for quality training and competence across employees and contractors, while embedding accountability for quality within every business function as well as lead cultural transformation to drive quality-first mindset
Govern end-to-end non-conformance process, including classification, containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, effectiveness verification as well as regional sharing of lessons learned

Executive leadership & cultural change: Demonstrates proven experience driving organizational change to build a "Right First Time" quality culture
Possess ability to set direction, lead through others, develop talent, influence senior stakeholders and establish accountability across complex, matrixed organizations
Possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, integrated management systems, applicable codes and standards, non-conformance management, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification as well as experience in environment, health and safety auditing is advantageous
Communicates fluently and persuasively in English and is credible with senior leaders, customers, regulators and cross-cultural teams
Connects quality performance, risk and cost of poor quality (COPQ) to business outcomes, applies sound judgment and prioritizes action using data and operational insight
Relevant experience in the energy, power generation, industrial or oil and gas sectors as well as practical knowledge of Lean Management and/or Six Sigma and uses digital tools, including Power BI or equivalent platforms, to strengthen reporting and decision-making
