napa General Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with 5+ years UAE experience to lead a new Landscaping & Garden Maintenance Department in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the company's landscaping and garden maintenance operations
- Organize and supervise daily maintenance activities across multiple residential properties
- Coordinate workforce deployment, work schedules, equipment, and materials
- Supervise all landscaping tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, trimming, hedging, irrigation, and routine garden maintenance
- Lead and support gardeners, irrigation technicians, and site crews to ensure high quality service delivery
- Inspect irrigation systems and ensure proper operation and adequate coverage
- Monitor plant health and recommend suitable treatments for pests, diseases, and common landscape issues, including red palm weevil
- Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and proper PPE usage
- Provide professional recommendations to clients regarding landscape improvements, plant selection, and seasonal maintenance
- Train and mentor team members to maintain consistent service standards
- Work closely with other maintenance departments whenever operational support is required
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of landscaping or garden maintenance experience in the UAE
- Previous experience supervising landscaping teams on residential projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE plants, trees, lawns, palms, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest management
- Valid UAE driving license (required)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Capable of managing multiple sites while working independently
