As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer.

You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas.

To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will-

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
• Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
• Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
• Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
• Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
• Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment.

This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
