Position Summary

Location and Schedule

• The position is located at West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The schedule is full time and the role is not remote.
• The position is classified as non-management.

Guest and Recreation Duties

• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and explain recreation facilities, activities, rules, and safety regulations.
• Observe facility activity, respond appropriately during emergencies, and notify management about unsafe participation situations.
• Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
• Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.

Safety and Operating Standards

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines for defects and perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification are required.
• Recreation equipment certification or training and any certification or training required by local and state agencies are required.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking; movement through narrow, confined, elevated, sloping, uneven, or slippery areas; and lifting up to 25 pounds independently or over 50 pounds with assistance.
