Guest and recreation duties

• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere and explain available facilities and activities.
• Promote safety rules, monitor activities, and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Identify unsafe participation situations and notify a supervisor or manager.
• Clean and maintain recreation equipment and supplies.

Service and operations

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional communication.
• Process payments for rentals, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
• Follow company policies, quality assurance standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional appearance standards.

Required qualifications

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Recreation equipment knowledge or training.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
• The role title indicates that Russian speakers are sought.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Physical requirements

• The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
