- Develop logical models for in game economies, balancing, and complex systems (Leveling, Crafting, Loot, Combat)
- Transform designs into detailed GDDs (Game Design Documents) understandable across all departments, and coordinate processes via ClickUp
- Create practical and creative solutions within engine limitations and performance constraints
Requirements
- Ability to foresee technical constraints of mechanics and act as a bridge with the development team
- Analyze gameplay data to manage game balance and difficulty curves using data based methods
- Skill in structuring complex game loops and systems through mathematical and logical models
